Job Title: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)

Hourly Rate: £23-£30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish patient care requirements.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and monitor responses to treatment.
- Offer crisis intervention and support under challenging circumstances.
- Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain high standards of documentation as per NHS and NMC guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current NMC registration.
- Experience in mental health nursing within the NHS or similar clinical settings.
- Strong clinical skills with a flexible approach to work.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
