Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Complex Medical Needs: Providing specialized care for individuals with conditions such as tracheostomies, ventilators, PEG tubes, and other complex medical needs.
• Providing Personal Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, always maintaining dignity and respect.
• Administering Medication: Safely and accurately administering medication, following prescribed protocols and maintaining detailed records.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Observing and documenting changes in service users’ conditions, promptly communicating any concerns to the clinical team.
• Emotional Support: Building strong relationships with service users and their families, providing emotional support.
• Promoting Independence: Encouraging service users to participate in activities and decision-making, fostering a sense of empowerment and control.
